HACK8 Grade 8 Chain Slings

Grade 8 chain slings made from Grade 8 alloy steel chain with a single, two, three and four leg configurations available:

  1. Material Grade (Grade 8): Grade 8 signifies a high-strength alloy steel material, which is known for its excellent tensile strength and durability. This makes it suitable for heavy lifting applications.
  2. Chain Size: The mm specification indicates the diameter of the individual chain links in the sling. This measurement is important for determining the sling’s load capacity and suitability for specific lifting tasks.
  3. Leg Configuration: A chain sling can consist of a single, double, triple or quad legs with appropriate end fittings.
  4. End Fittings: The sling has the following options as end fittings, Clevis Sling Hook, Clevis Self Locking Hook, Clevis C Hook, Swivel Self Locking Hook. More connectors are available here.
  5. Shorteners: The slings have the option of Grab Hooks to shorten the chain, this allows the user to be able to use the chain for multiple applications.
