The RGH5 offers safety and security to your team with our top-of-the-line Rescue Harness, designed for both efficiency and comfort in critical rescue operations. Built with robust materials, this harness is engineered to withstand the toughest conditions while providing maximum comfort to the wearer.

Material and Durability:

Manufactured from 45mm tear-resistant RIDGE Protect anti-bacterial polyester webbing, which significantly reduces bacterial growth by 14 times, ensuring long-lasting performance even in the most demanding environments.

High tensile steel alloy fittings ensure the harness is both lightweight and durable.

Adjustability and Comfort:

Fully adjustable with easy-slide shoulder adjusters, ensuring a snug and secure fit.

Includes rip-stitch fall indicators that make it easy to determine if the harness has been involved in a fall and needs to be retired.

D-Ring Attachment Points:

Equipped with steel alloy rear and chest-mounted D-rings, providing flexibility for various safety lanyard attachments, essential for both fall arrest and work restraint scenarios.

An additional attachment point comes in the form of a rescue strap. The rescue strap has a steel D-ring which can be used for vertical rescue or confined space access. When used, the rescue strap keeps the operative in a near vertical position, which is preferred when recovering an unconscious casualty.

The rescue strap can also be used for fall arrest, but only when used in conjunction with a fall arrest block positioned overhead.

Safety and Standards:

Conforms to EN 361:2002, a European standard for full-body harnesses used in personal protective equipment against falls.

Conforms to EN 1497:2007, a European standard including dynamic testing at specified maximum user weight, and static strength testing on the rescue attachment point.

The harness supports a maximum user weight of 140kg when the force on the user/anchor is limited to less than 6kN.

Special Variants:

RGH5 Glow: High visibility with reflective yarn, ideal for low-light environments.

RGH5 Super Glow: Features fast-fit buckles for quick donning and doffing. Glow-in-the-dark yarn is woven into the webbing as well as reflective. Once self-charged in natural daylight, the glow-in-the-dark yarn will have an impressive usage time of between 6 to 8 hours.
