Yalelift 360 SR
Hand chain hoist - resistance to mechanically created sparking for added safety.

All models are provided with the following features for additional protection against sparking

* Stainless Steel load and hand chain
* Units completely corrosion resistant
* Bronze-plated suspension and load hooks
* Solid bronze trolley wheels.
* Rubber buffers
* Chain containers

Applications
Paint shops foundries petrochemical Industries refineries, automobile factories, ships, docks, printers, textile plants, paper factories and environments where gas and dust is present.

NB lt is the responsibility of the user to identify the explosion proof classification required NOT the hoist manufacturer or the supplier.

Yalelift 360 SR - Spark resistant hoists meet the following specification as standard:
Classification: Group II surface (not mines)
Category of equipment: 2, Zone 1, 2 Gas, Zone 21,22 Dust
Inflammable Substances: GD, Gas, Mist, Vapours, Dust
Explosion Group: IIB, Ethyl ether (T4), Ethylene oxide (T3), Hydrogen sulphide (T3)
Temperature class*: T4(T3), T4=135° C, T3=200° C

* The maximum surface temperature of an area which can come Into contact with gas.
* For dust you need to obtain the actual surface temperature.

Due to the bespoke nature of this product and the fact that they as custom built, please confirm delivery date with the sales team at time of placing your order.
